Neat place & really helpful and extremely friendly staff. Recently renovated room, reasonably priced with clean bathrooms. Excellent and perfect location, walking distance to everywhere. And only 20 minutes walking to downtown. Lovely restaurants onsite.
Hair in the room.

The private parking was on-site, welcoming service. The room was reasonably spacious with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.
Nothing to improve.

Handy to Brunswick St / Chinatown and the city.
Lack of space (in room and in grounds), lack of outlook.

Hotel was nice little and absolutely great, liked our stay.
All in all - had a great 1 night stay. Everything was great, nevertheless a few employees were absolutely awful. The onsite bar was nice and the staff were polite and courteous. This hotel exceeded all expectations in every way, 100% recommend.

Security for the place is good, with private keyed access and covered car park. The room is rather small but fairly comfortable. Quiet location .
A bit far from the city centre.

Beautiful friendly staff that made us feel very welcome and accommodated.
The walls in our unit looked a bit dirty.
